TERMS OF SERVICE!

(This is subject to change) UPDATED!PAYMENT RULES:✦ Payments via Paypal or Gcash (for PH clients). Full Upfront OR 50/50.
✦ For 50/50 Payment, if the commission is set in stone, 50% of the full payment must be sent, then A rough sketch will be sent to the client. Once the commission is complete, the client will send the remaining balance.
✦ Cancelling an order before payment is sent is OKAY as long as you have a valid reason as to why you can no longer go through with the commission.
✦ A FULL refund will be done ONLY IF I am unable to do or finish your commission on the deadline. Otherwise, no refunds.
✦ As for deadlines, if there is a chance that I am unable to finish it on time, I will reach out to you, the client, to talk about extending my working time. (If permitted by the client)COMMISSION RULES:✦ Rude or disrespectful clients will NOT be entertained.
✦ Please be specific on what you want in your commission. Provide enough references or descriptions of your request. (The more references, the better!)
✦ You are NOT authorized to heavily modify, trace or edit my work
✦ Ghosting and abandoning the project without an explanation will result to a block and I am NOT required to send a refund.
✦ My art continues to evolve and change. Do not be worried if it looks slightly different from my samples.
✦ Using my art to train AI and for any NFT operations is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
✦ Don't be shy to ask about the progress of the commission! (Please keep it minimal though)ARTIST RIGHTS:
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission that I feel uncomfortable with.
✦ I retain all rights to post and use my artwork for self-promotion unless specifically asked NOT to.CLIENT RIGHTS:
✦ You MAY NOT reproduce, sell, or profit from the commissioned artwork if it was purchased as PERSONAL USE.
✦ You MAY print the artwork for personal, non-commercial use only. (Again, if bought for Personal Use.)
✦ You are free to share/post the artwork online, but MUST credit me as the artist.ABOUT EDITS & REVISIONS:
✦ Please be aware that I offer only 1 free revision once the artwork is COMPLETED. Be specific about the changes you need. First 1-2 edits during the SKETCHING STAGE are free. If the change is unnecessary or unnoticeable, please refrain from listing is as an edit. If you think the change is absolutely necessary and have no free revisions left, you will have to pay extra.
✦ If you want me to start over from scratch, that will be another payment. It will be a separate commission.ADDITIONAL:
